Flex Seal encapsulates surfaces and is formulated to resist mold growth on its surface. Once
particulates enter into the insulation, it is almost impossible to clean.
In
addition to being a source of odors, fiberglass particles are known to
slough off on occasion, causing environmental concerns.

Flex Seal permanently
seals and covers fiberglass insulation, stopping particulate emissions.
It forms a smooth, flexible, white
surface that is easily cleaned when desired.
Flex Seal is ASTM certified
to exceed a Class One Fire Code. Actual test results: Flame Spread
0 (Zero).

| Flex Seal is
ASTM certified by an independent laboratory to have a VOC content of only 24.6 under ASTM Method DM.
This low level of odor during application is beneficial to applicators.
After drying, there is no odor. Flex Seal passes five
freeze-thaw cycles with no adverse affects on performance, so no special
shipping or storage
is required for this product.
