BioFlex Fungicidal Protective
Coating is assigned the lowest toxicological category possible, a Category IV. Human hazard
warnings are not required for Bioflex.
Specifying BioFlex for
use on walls, wood studs, fiberglass and rubber insulation, and
other building materials such as concrete and masonry walls provides a fungicidal protective coating. For recovery in those
areas
where mold has already been a problem, preventative maintenance
practice is to apply BioFlex after disinfecting
hard surfaces. The use of fungicidal BioFlex inhibits
fungus in and on its paint film, and prevents the migration of
fungi in the substrate below BioFlex. Bioflex fully passes ASTM G21 Fungal Resistance test with the best rating possible: 0, or "No Growth". Bioflex passes ASTM D3273 Mold Resistance test with the best rating possible of 10. |
