Sustainability

Sustainability is defined as the ability to maintain a certain rate or level, and in today’s society, sustainability also refers to the desire to avoid depletion of natural resources. For HVAC systems, this translates over to avoiding equipment replacement, and the accompanying costs and labor.

Equipment replacement and the accompanying labor costs, are due, in part, to having a reactive maintenance plan in place, as opposed to a proactive one. Preventive maintenance keeps equipment running at optimal levels, and increases return on investment.

“When equipment can no longer perform at a sustainable level, your energy and labor costs increase. It is important to prolong equipment life with the right products to negate these costs, and postpone equipment replacement.” Lynn Burkhart

CRT has numerous products that increase HVAC system sustainability. These include: Pancrete, T-84, V-570, V-4138, Clean Bond, Algae Guard, Cooler Guard, PanGuard, Coil Shield, First Strike Micro Coat, Bioflex, Ductile and Flex Seal.
